Deadline for Safer-at-Home Learning Option

Deadline for Safer-at-Home Learning Option
Posted on 11/19/2020

Dear SDMA Families,

This is the final reminder that the deadline for the new K-8 Safer-at-Home learning option is noon on Friday.  Please refer to the message sent earlier this week for more information and the link for the online registration form.

This program is being offered for SDMA K-8 students currently enrolled in the in-person instructional model, and it is anticipated to run through the end of the first semester- January 22, 2021. Regular online attendance and reliable access to the internet is required. Only families preferring to move their child(ren) from the in-person model to the Safer-at-Home learning option need to complete the form. Information about learning options for second semester will be shared with all SDMA families in December.

Please note that there is another link in the previous message for enrolling in the Free Meals for Kids program that will continue after Thanksgiving break. Only families receiving instruction remotely and wishing to pick up meals need to complete the online form.

Please contact your building principal if you have any questions about the Safer-at-Home learning option or the Free Meals for Kids program.

Thank you and have a good evening.
